Fresh for Fall!
Polenta and Sweet Corn in Beet Ravioli: Polenta is a staple of Northern Italian cuisine (and, to a lesser extent, a Central Italian one, e.g. Tuscany). We make ours in house and mix in the sweetest of Sweet Corn and creamy Ricotta Cheese. The addition of Beets to our Fresh Egg Pasta doesn’t just provide the yummiest of taste but also proves that We’ve Got The Beet!
Pancetta and Scallion Gnocchi: Pancetta is an Italian bacon made of pork belly meat, that is salt cured and spiced with black pepper, and other spices. Reinvigorate your love of Gnocchi! Made with Idaho Potatoes, unbleached Pastry Flour, freshly cracked Eggs and adorned with Citterio Pancetta and fresh scallions for a delicious Bacon, Onion and Potato flavor that will spruce up even the most basic of dishes!
