Green Bay, Wisconsin
With century-old Italian roots, this family-run company has operated in America’s dairy country since 1979. Master cheesemakers Mauro and Gianni traveled from Italy with the company’s founder, and they still oversee Bel Gioioso’s artisan processes and cheesemaking traditions. Today, the company makes, ages, packages and ships over 25 varieties of specialty cheeses.
Fromagerie Belle Chevre
This creamery’s incredible goat cheeses have been featured in Martha Stewart Living, Real Simple, on the Food Network and other national outlets. Despite being described as the “best goat cheese in America,” the company maintains its Southern roots in Elkmont, where visitors are still encouraged to pop in for a tour and a taste.

This state-of-the-art facility is nestled in the heart of southeast Tennessee’s dairy country, where owner John Harrison preserves fine art and craft of cheesemaking. These award-winning cheddars are truly amazing in taste and quality, thanks to their “cow to consumer” process in the traditional farmstead manner.

The Mill at Great Falls is located in Montana’s "Golden Triangle" a region in North Central Montana known for its exceptional gluten strength and high protein durum wheat. The wheat fields are located adjacent to The Mill ensuring the wheat is processed at the peak of freshness. Even the Italians, the kings of the craft, source their wheat from the North Central region of Montana.
